I am leanne Elske.
For twenty years, I lived in the high-pressure trenches of global tech and media as a CPO and HR Director. I scaled teams across the UK, Europe, and North America, led organizations through complex restructures, and navigated the deep end of corporate systems.
On paper, I was the expert, but privately, I was navigating my own "Road of Trials."
My understanding of the Shadow isn't academic; it is woven into my history. I have battled high-functioning depression, survived coercive control, and carried the weight of end-of-life care for my father. Growing up in South Africa, I developed a visceral understanding of the Collective Shadow - the unspoken trauma that nations, organizations, and families carry beneath the surface.
I learned the heavy cost of doing what is "right" for a system when it feels wrong for the soul. I realized that meaning isn't found in performance, but in an honest confrontation with what hurts.

I have stepped away from the C-Suite to focus on the work that happens beneath the surface. I am a Wounded Healer, turning the wisdom of my own personal battles into a professional framework for others.

Radical Equity: The Pay-What-Is-Honest Model
I believe that depth work is a human right, not a corporate luxury. Whether you are navigating a high-stakes transition in the boardroom or standing in the "Belly of the Whale" during personal transition you deserve a seat at the table.
To honor this, Mother Elephant operates on a sliding scale. I do not ask for proof of income; I work based on Radical Integrity and mutual trust. I invite you to choose the tier that most honestly reflects your current financial reality and the value this work holds for you.
I invite you to select the tier that most accurately reflects your current financial reality: the Sustainer Rate (£185+ / $250+) is for those with stable resources who wish to support the collective herd and subsidize others; the Standard Rate (£135–£170 / $175–$225) represents the fair market value for my twenty years of expertise and specialized training; and the Solidarity Rate (£45–£90 / $60–$120) is reserved for those currently navigating the "Belly of the Whale" through difficulties, transition, or financial upheaval.
This system relies on mutual trust and radical integrity - there is no application process, as I believe the honor of the journey begins with an honest conversation about how we value this space together.
